about The learning network of clinton county

​The Learning Network of Clinton County, Inc., is a community-based organization offering programs to enhance workforce skills, build knowledge for career potential, enhance lifelong learning opportunities, and provide services to in-school and out-of-school youth and adults.

 

More than 20 years after its inception, the Learning Network's partnerships extend to nearly every local non-profit agency, educational entity, and business in the county, as well as the Frankfort industrial park. The Learning Network is structured in a way to respond to new needs rapidly and deliver programs at a location convenient and familiar to Clinton County residents.

Now Enrolling Students for
GED / HiSET Classes for 2025-2026

Morning and Evening Sessions Available!

English and Spanish speaking residents of Clinton County meet weekly to prepare for their High School Equivalency (HiSET) test (currently called the HiSET exam and formerly known as the GED/HSE exam).

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Morning Sessions 10am - 2pm

Evening Sessions 4pm - 8pm
