To register for a class, event, or program, you must obtain a student account. Once you are registered as a Learning Network student, you may purchase classes and sign up for events and programs. Join us the first Friday of every month for this new, engaging and FREE program! Put your Spanish skills into practice by conversing with native speakers. We'll have a facilitated discussion revolving around a particular theme, and we'll add leaves to our "tree of knowledge" as our verbal confidence increases. We’ll chat about pertinent topics, play educational games, participate in activities, and take part in traditions of Spanish-speaking countries. “Amigo Hour” is free and open to all of the Learning Network's Spanish and ESL students, as well as community members with an interest in learning another language. Everyone is invited to spend an hour entering into real dialogue situations followed by an hour sharing some cross-cultural “botanas” (snacks). Come, enjoy, learn, and make new friends!
