Join native Spaniard Maribel Byrd and Spanish-speaking aficionado Melinda Grismer for some authentic Mediterranean cuisine. At “tapas bars” diners are served samples of dishes to share. Some of the specialties “on tap” will be Valencian paella (a world-famous rice, chicken and seafood dish), tortilla espanola, (Spanish omelet), chorizo sausage, and flan al caramelo (caramel custard).
